As part of this $28,000 project, cosmetic repairs were carried out, including installing moldings, painting walls, adding sockets and decorative lighting, and installing glass partitions in the bathroom.

The living space was equipped with furniture, appliances, decor and lamps. The balconies were equipped for a comfortable stay, and textiles and kitchen accessories were selected. The final stage was general cleaning so that the apartments were fully ready for occupancy.
